Selsey Beach House
About This Project
Jorges Salman Architects was appointed to extend and modernise an existing seafront property in Selsey. The property boasts unique sea views, expansive panoramas, and year round closeness to nature. JSA produced an extension to the ground floor which also provided a new first floor terrace to the bedrooms above. This created unique vistas at both floor levels. In addition, the property was fully modernised and refurbished, to increase its sustainability and on site renewable energy production along with newly renovated kitchens and bathrooms, adding a ground-floor wet room, expanding the games room, and installing a sauna and outdoor shower in the garden.
