About This Project
Jorges Salman Architects was appointed to extend and modernise Selsey Beach House, an existing seafront property on the West Sussex coast. The property boasts unique sea views, expansive panoramas, and year-round closeness to nature.
JSA produced an extension to the ground floor which also provided a new first-floor terrace to the bedrooms above, creating unique vistas at both floor levels. In addition, the property was fully modernised and refurbished to increase its sustainability and on-site renewable energy production, along with newly renovated kitchens and bathrooms, a new ground-floor wet room, an expanded games room, and a sauna and outdoor shower in the garden.
The finished property is now available as a luxury beach house rental in West Sussex, sleeping up to 25 guests with a heated swimming pool, hot tub and sauna overlooking the sea.
