Hillside Gardens Residence

A modern adaptation of a mid century bungalow. The clients brief for a modern and contemporary looking property was key, but the constraint of a restricted budget had to be adhered to when considering the construction methods and material selections. A palette of simple materials were considered, including zinc cladding to the dormers, white render, and polyester powder coated aluminium windows. The combination of various window arrangements fragments the façade and creates a series of interesting internal spaces.
