About This Project

Jorges Salman Architects has been appointed to design a highly sustainable Passive Haus dwelling on a greenfield site in Surrey. The proposals have been developed to create a highly efficient property, substantial thermal insulation and heat retention, air tightness, and on site self-sufficiency. The design collaborates with various specialist consultants in order to achieve this high specification property. Designed to sit within the land, be harmonious with its surroundings, and create a new mini ecosystem, landscaping around the scheme has been integrated from the outset and is an essential part of the design. JSA has worked closely with Graftin Gardeners to achieve a holistic approach to the landscape, ecological, and sustainability benefits of the landscape design.
