Private Residence One, Cobham

Jorges Salman Architects has gained planning permission  to extend and refurbish a private residence in the Cobham area. The works include various ground floor extensions, remodelling of the internal plan layout, reconfiguration, and minimising the impact on the existing property. Design stage proposals considered the impact of the historical features, which included the London stock facing brickwork used in tandem with an industrial aesthetic of Crittal style doors and a corner return bay window.
