About This Project

Jorges Salman Architects has been appointed for RIBA services Stages 1-3 to extend and refurbish a private residence in the New Malden area. The works include various ground floor extensions, remodelling of the internal plan layout, reconfiguration, addition of green roof. Design stage proposals considered the impact of the historical features, which included the red facing brickwork and retention of the rear bay window at ground floor.
