Jorges Salman gained planning approval for a new build development of 8 apartments within close proximity to Wimbledon town centre. The project entails the demolition of two existing semi-detached properties to utilise a large site for this high-end residential development. The client brief enabled a modern approach to the design of the front and rear elevations whilst also allowing the scheme to feature apartments with creative space planning and a contemporary aesthetic, interesting use of natural light, high quality materials throughout, and energy efficient mechanical and electrical services installation systems. The project also includes a single storey basement which has been included to further enhance the amount of habitable space, whilst also providing excellent outdoor terraces which feature living green walls.
